Doin' The Charleston Gourmet has been in operation since 1999 in the Charleston, SC area.  Their flagship store is located at Bohicket Marina between Kiawah and Seabrook Island resorts.  The business started out creating custom gift baskets for local realtors, builders, architects, and other business professionals.  As the business grew, it was apparent that more space and a store-front was necessary.  Since 2000, the size of the store has tripled at the resort.  Some of our clients lists' includes Architectural Digest, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Kodak, just to name a few.

The owners, Damien and Julie Zanetti purchased a home in the Waynesville, NC area in August 2007.  It was always their desire to open a shop in Waynesville and this past summer, the opportunity presented itself and they leased a space at 62 N. Main Street, and officially opened on August 15, 2008.  Waynesville native, Jean Briggs is the manager of the NC store, so stop in and say hi to her.

The philosophy at Doin' The Charleston is to combine distinctive items with great presentation and top it off with outstanding customer service.  Come in and see the unique line of gift items, as well as a fabulous variety of gourmet foods! Samples are available of the very tasty gourmet foods.
